1. Repair work – Every time we carry out a repair on a heating system, we also carry out a full gas safety check on every single gas appliance. And then issue you with a new copy for your records.

This extends intervals between gas safety checks. Your landlord avoids two chargeable visits or more in a single 12 month period. Our workmanship and repairs are guaranteed for 12 months.

And every repair visit, we also carry out a full system Total Comfort Diagnostic Check®. We proactively prevent nuisance breakdown calls. We’ll advise you and your landlord if the safety, reliability and efficiency of the system or the comfort level of the home can be improved.

2. Menu price guides – Our technicians have immediate I-pad access to our prices on site.
Immediately
our technician e-mails you a firm, fixed upfront quotation for a repair, complete
with photos, videos or images if relevant. And he follows up with a phone call.
If you prefer, we can e -mail quotations direct to your landlords.

Gas safety checks (GSC)

As with a repair, each time we carry out a gas safety check we also fully check the system – Total Comfort Diagnostic Check® – and give a full report for your records and to send to your landlord.

Combined Gas Safety Check and Total Comfort Boiler Service® (TCBS)

As above but in addition we service the boiler to the manufacturers specification too.

Platinum Advantage Plan™ – our full comprehensive service contract for domestic homes includes unlimited call-outs, out of hours service when necessary, parts and labour warranty with no excess to pay and the annual gas safety record check.

Legionnaires Risk Assessments (LRA)

As fully trained LR assessors, we can help you with legionella bacteria management. We comply with the HSE’s Code of Conduct for service providers.

To help your landlords control their finance, budgets and reduce their overheads, we can combine gas checks and legionnaire risk assessments and offer a significant discount.
